When we play Splendor the cards tend to slide around the table. It can also be hard to pick up a card that is flat on the table without bending it. To solve this issues I created an accessory board.
The board features indentations to hold the card and nobles in place. There are finger holes on both sides of the pieces to make them easy to pick up. Engraved across the bottom are circles with the colors of the chips. There is also graphics engraved to tell you how many chips and how many nobles to use for 2,3, and 4 players. The board breaks down into 4 pieces so it will fit in the box.
I also created a custom box insert to replace the one that came with the game. It holds all the pieces in place. There are two covers that drop on top of the cards, chips and nobles to keep them from moving around in the box.
